Use of this site

This site is for browsing our work and getting in touch about a project. Please don't scrape or republish its content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or submit the contact form for anything other than a genuine inquiry.

Services described

This site describes our web-design services in general terms. It is not an offer or a contract — the actual scope, pricing, timeline, and terms of any project are agreed separately with each client in writing before work begins. Nothing on this site should be treated as a binding quote.

Intellectual property

Content on this site (text, images, logos) belongs to Dream to Design unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission. Work shown in the Examples gallery is presented for layout and design reference only; see the disclaimer on that page.

Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Dream to Design isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site. This does not apply to work delivered under a separate signed client agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement instead. (This section is intentionally general-purpose — the specific liability language a business needs depends on jurisdiction and should be finalized with a lawyer.)
